In order to ensure the greatest possible flexibility for participants, we do not block a group quota on a specific machine. The trip is individual.

There are no direct flights. However, the range of connecting connections is very large. It usually goes via one of the Asian cities of Singapore, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon or Hong Kong, with a short onward flight. Flight prices and connections are generally only published 11 months before departure, but it is very possible to compare them to the previous year. As of August 2023, there are very good offers with Singapore Airlines from around €700 from Frankfurt for February 2024, for example.

Would you like to join us on arrival? We will inform you as soon as our arrangement has been finalized. The departure point is expected to be Frankfurt. The chess travel team's target flight dates are February 5th - 18th, 2025.
